Starting Solids...can you believe it?

We started solids last Saturday and Hunter did fantastic!!! He was so ready and knew just what to do!

I have a feeling that we are going to be "eaten out of house and home" judging from how well he's done so far! I'm so glad we haven't had any trouble!

6 Months!!!

We went last Tuesday for Hunter's 6 month well check....and he is WELL!!! He's now 17 lbs. and 1 oz. and 26 1/4 in. He's in the 50th percentile in both! Here's this month's pictures! He's too cute!!!

He's started putting his hand in his mouth whenever he gets excited or starts to smile...it's getting hard to capture a smile these days!

We have been attempting to drop Hunter's swaddle for the last week! This also meant learning to self soothe without the paci because he wouldn't leave it in when his arm(s) were out of the swaddle. It started off rather rough, BUT by yesterday afternoon this is what we had! A happy baby sleeping on his tummy.

And you can see he found his first two fingers on his right hand to help soothe himself to sleep!

He looks so cute!!!
